7 NATURAL ECZEMA REMEDIES
Healing naturally takes time it is one of the hardest aspects to face and it’s not for everyone. However those of you who are suffering TSW or are tired of unnatural methods of healing know that the journey will be worth it. Below I will be brain dumping all the tips and information I have accumulated that has helped me heal and face flare ups without the usage of steroids.
1.WHAT YOU EAT DOES MATTER
A Plant Based diet has a ton of benefits to help heal the body and reduce inflammation. Plant Based diet does not necessarily mean you are Vegan. Vegan diet involves strictly no animal products whatsoever. While a plant based diet is a diet greatly revolved around plants while reducing greatly animal products. Below I’ll be sharing what I eat mostly to heal and will have a separate post on nutrition alone 🙂
Sources of Protein:
Lentils (variety)
Beans (black, pinto, kidney etc)
Quinoa (white and red)
Hempseeds also source of omegas 6&3
Chickpeas <my hummus recipe click here
KALE 🙌🏼 love this veggie growing them in El Salvador and here in Texas
Organic Soybeans
Organic Non Gmo Soy Milk, Oatmeal milk, Hempseed milk, Flaxseed milk etc
(Or your fav plant based milk if you don’t have a nut allergy almond and cashew milk are good options)
Orgain protein powder vanilla I like this one. It taste the best compared to other brands. Will be posting soon how you can make this from scratch but sometimes I am just lazy guys and just prefer buying it.
If you don’t have a nut allergy: Cashews, Almonds, Etc
I have to eat nuts interchangeably and in small quantities or else I develop overtime allergies what I eat too much.
2.Veggies that we should be eating to heal skin:
1. Carrots shredded on salads is a great way to incorporate carrots into ones diet. Carrot juicing alone is amazing for your body and can help your skin recover.
2. Eat Beets or Juice it. Beets contain lots of iron, potassium, and magnesium which your body needs to improve blood flow. Will talk more about Beets alone in a future post.
3. Celery juicing has a lot of hype because of medical medium. I like to take it with orange juice that I freshly squeezed or throw in the blender when I am lazy.
4. Juicing Kale with blueberries amazing combo for skin healing.
5. Cucumbers are great sliced with a bit of lime healthy snack or juice it.
6. More juices recipes on my instagram highlight labeled juicing.
3. EAT YOUR FRUIT
-Watermelon/melons
-Blueberries/Blackberries/Raspberries all rich in antioxidants which we need
-Exotic fruits if available miss my Starfruit
-Oranges, grapefruit vitamin c rich foods for immune boost
-Apples! My favorite snack and food of all time and it’s great for you 🙂 dip them in some cashew butter and you got yourself a combo.
4. TRY TO GET A BLOOD TEST TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU NEED IN SUPPLEMENTS:
Supplements I am taking for Candida/Health:
Restore, Genestra BrandsVitamin D-Mulsion 1000, My Kind Organics Elderberry Immune Gummy, Milk thistle, and Probiotics.
After my blood test I was low in B12 and Iron so I started taking Evexias Health Solutions B Complex, and Iron Bis-Glycinate.
5. BOOKS I RECOMMEND TO READ FOR NUTRITION:
How Not To Die by Micheal Greger and Medical Medium Liver Rescue.
Spanish doctors had this information way ahead in books I left them in El Salvador one of them was called “Las Plantas Curan” Seguna Edicion by Alfonsas Balbachas y Herminio Rodriguez R. Argentina. Also “Ciencia de la Salud” by D. Nicolici Tercera Edicion Argentina.

6. TEAS TO HELP HEAL BODY
1. Ginger Teas twice a day in the morning and afternoon to reduce inflammation.
2. Calendula Tea for application to the skin once it is cooled. This can also be consumed.
3. Chamomile teas to help you sleep. Drink an hour before sleep time which we should be sleeping before 11pm but you know life happens.
7. SKIN APPLICATION PROTOCOLS
1. Epsom or Dead Sea Salt baths mix with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Calendula to moisturize skin since salt alone will dry out sensitive skin. If you have the blessed option to go into the ocean I would do it. At least for me personally and for many in the eczema community the ocean is good for us. Check out my old post “Why The Ocean Is Good For You”.
2. Take Cold showers only and practice cold water therapy.
Use a bucket of ice cold water and stimulate your lymphatic system:
*take immediate shower after sweating or exercise always have wipes with you at the gym or when working out. I use @clnskincare body wash to prevent any staph infections while in the shower.
3. Oatmeal mask mix powdered oatmeal with olive oil and filtered water apply mask to affected areas wait to dry and remove in shower or bath it helps reduce inflammation and smooths skin. Check out my blog post “Oatmeal Baths Eczema Treatment”.
4. Aloe Vera Gel apply to skin make sure to cut and clean properly the skin apply let dry and then apply and let dry again. Do this three times then apply hemp seed oil to skin. Check out my blog post “Natural Way To Tame a Flare for Eczema.”
5. Apple cider vinegar mixed with olive oil. More parts olive oil and apply to cuts to disinfect skin and promote the wounds to heal quickly. Works for cold sores in the corners of your mouth. It can also get rid of cold sores sometimes overnight.
6. Use hempseed oil, olive oil, coconut oil and Cacao cream interchangeably on skin.
