How to get Flat Abs
I remember my friend asking me “how do you get flat abs?”
Usually for everyone getting abs is the ultimate fitness goals. Im sure most of you know by now that getting abs is mostly done by 80% diet 15% Exercise and 5% willpower. Its not easy but its not impossible. It all starts with slowly implementing good habits into your everyday life. (munches on Oreos while typing) Look they are times where you can have sweets, but it all depends in what your ultimate body percentage goal is. Is your goal to become a body builder or just to be physically fit? Majority of us just want to have a body fat percentage goal of 15% while a body builder would try to reach near 11%. Here are some habits you can start implementing today towards a healthier you!
1. Start Drinking Water! and I mean a gallon of it. Literally take a gallon jug of milk empty it out and start using it to measure how much you drink throughout the day. If it seems too big empty it out into a smaller water bottle.I love using my Camelbak water bottle since along the sides they always have measurements.
Note: By drinking more water your less likely to feel hungry throughout the day. Also by keeping your body hydrated your going to be keeping your body in tip top shape.
2. Have at least one fruit smoothie or Veggie smoothie a day
Personally I love having a Blueberry greek yogurt smoothie in the morning to wake up. Along with 3 boiled eggs and 2 cups of boiled broccoli.
Honestly if your like me sometimes you just need to grab something and run out the door I highly recommend just buying carrot juice I usually get Bolthouse Farms 100% carrot juice.
3.Have 5 Meals a day I know it seems counterintuitive towards losing weight, but eating healthy foods all the time is actually going to help you lose weight! I’m always snacking on apples/carrots.
4. Have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water everyday
Apple Cider Vinegar has tons of benefits for your health and can be used for both external and internal use. I am for sure going to be writing a blog of this secret weapon alone. So what exactly does this stuff do for you? Apple cider vinegar helps your body burn fat which help get rid of that muffin top.
5. Start doing Cardio We all have Abs! Most of the time its just hidden under a layer of fat. So how does one combat fat? With Cardio my friend.
