Medical Trip To El Salvador

Spring break was around the corner so I booked a trip to El Salvador and have been loving every second. Being here allows me to always refresh not only my physical health, but my mental state of being. Half of my family is here in El Salvador so I always end up staying with my aunt in Santa Tecla or my grandparents in Izalco. Why do I love it here?

I guess it has to do with the weather which is always at a perfectly warm and tropical temperature. I hate the cold. You may even say I am allergic to it, but that would be crazy right? Well,  yes I react to the cold and its super annoying. If I get my hands dipped in ice for a short amount of time my hands slowly start to develop large itchy goosebumps that go away when they get warm again. 

Not only that, but my eczema gets from being mild to severe while living in cold conditions. It makes sense since during the cold season almost everyone has relatively dry skin. Now imagine already having dry skin and on top of that the weather not in your favor? Yup, you guessed it very severe eczema thats intolerable. Recently they have found through blood testing that I was a host for parasites and candida something that 4 doctors in the US couldn’t find. No wonder my healing process was stalled. Recently I have been given a syrup for the parasites and antibiotics that specifically target the bad bacteria I had as well. After just a few days on this medicine in combination with the sea and sunbathing my skin did a complete 180. Dr. Pastran has always been able to change the state of my skin in a astonishing way, and I want to share this to others who are suffering as well.

Current Treatment given by Holistic Doctor (Medicine that is over-the-counter)

~Alkaline Diet I go more in depth about it in my free ebook. Drink For a week or longer detox drink which includes handful of Parsley+handful Cilantro+ 1 Cucumber+16oz water. I’m not going to say this tasty cause its not, but its what you need to clean out your colon. Drink lots of natural coconut water the kind thats not from concentrate and carrot juice.

Note: Coffee drinkers its recommended for at least 2weeks to not drink coffee. Also to the energy drinkers cut down that as well. Why? These are very acidic drinks and if your flaring up your already at an acidic ph level. If you can eliminate this until you feel your skin has healed then I would reintroduce it. Personally I don’t drink Coffee cause I am Allergic, and never liked energy drinks or coke. Which is perfect sense either way I shouldn’t have it.

~Pure Graviola this supplement claims to help cancer patients as well.

~Apis Mellifica Homeopathic Medication the purple one found at Vitamin Shoppe. This helps with the itchiness I used it during a real bad flare up and it helped calm it down after a week.

~SilverBiotics Ultimate Immune System Support 

~Natures Way Milk Thistle Standardized with 80% Silymarin brand is important mostly the standardized part if you buy one that doesn’t say that then it won’t be as effective. This is used to restore liver damage.

Treatment Given By my Alternative Doctor Pastran 

~Use cold pressed coconut oil put on skin 3X or more a day note the brand matters I would buy either from Vita Coco or Carrington Farms 100% Organic Virgin coconut oil. Cold press I feel hydrates more my skin and has more benefits.

~Use Soft Touch Chocolate Body Butter (surprisingly this lotion was cheap and has worked for several patients like myself with skin disorders for hydration. I would put this right after applying coconut oil in order to help with the oiliness. This is found at Dollarama at El Salvador not sure if they sell them in the USA. If you can’t find this there is also cocoa butter with jojoba oil found at sprouts.

~Fosfocil antibiotic for the bad bacteria I had in me 🙁

~Nistatina Infantil Arsal to clean out the parasites I had in me

~Diloxanida GAL 500 for the Candida

~Eye Drops for my Dry Eye Alap (Contact user problems)

Note These are things you need to test for with an Alternative Doctor:

  1. Candida
  2. Parasites
  3. Bad Bacteria in your intestines
  4. Get a Fecal and Urine Test Done
  5. IGG Allergy Test done with your blood (that patch allergy testing isn’t always accurate)done it several times and apparently I had no allergies, but I actually do have quite a lot.

Additional treatments you should get done?

Foot detoxes which is basically where you put your feet in special salt and it will drain all your toxins from your body with electromagnetic waves.

Temazcales which is basically a hot sauna treatment that will make you sweat all those toxins out make sure you drink before, during, and after a session. If your not allergic to pollen or honey its recommended to put during the Temazcale session honey on affected parts of your body and then wash it off at the end of the session. This is a moment of meditation and allows you to focus and refresh your mind as well.

Sunbathing with sunscreen of course! I recommend again if your not allergic to use Water babies 50 SPF or more. This is the only sunscreen I’m personally not allergic to.

Swim in the Ocean If you live anywhere near the ocean, and you are able to go to it I recommend going to the sea to swim even for a short 15 min everyday for a week or more along with sunbathing. Later on when your skin heals you can start going around once or twice a week to maintain your skin soft and fix the color of your skin. Later use soft sand while your in the ocean to exfoliate the dead skin. Now I’ am talking about tropical weather locations such as Cali, Miami, Hawaii, Cancun etc. Not the cold ocean haha yeah thats not fun. Maybe it will work for others, but again I am allergic to the cold+ cold ocean water= bad reaction for me. 

No Ocean? Use Dead Sea Salt or Epsom salt baths to replicate the beach it will never be the same, but its better then nothing. (Main reason why I am moving )

DERMATOLOGIST TREATMENT: 

Phototherapy If its not sunny and tropical weather for you to tan this is the best alternative. It’s expensive but it honestly works. It could cost around $50-$75 a session depending on where you get yours done. You literally just put on goggles then walk into a circle of lights and wait for the countdown except this time you don’t go down a chute for a slide your just blinded with the light rays instead.  I recently did phototherapy in Texas with Dr.Selkin.

CLn Dermatologics Think Clinically Clean was told to use this body wash and let me tell you I love it. It definitely helped me clean my skin when it was covered in scabs. Gross, I know but its the truth I could barely extend my arms and this helped me get to work.

Thoughts on Dupixent: So Dupixent is fairly new medicine that can cost around $35,000 a year no I didn’t type that wrong. Basically Dupilumab is an antibody designed for the treatment of allergic reactions associated with eczema. It comes in green liquid shots. Reminds me of  Dr. Curt Connors from spider-man giving himself a shot. Except this one hopefully doesn’t turn you into a lizard.

Reasons why I haven’t tried it yet

  1. Long Term affects are unknown and haha im pretty sure I will use it for life.
  2. Severe Dry Eye Symptoms are pretty common. Imagine me with my already blind self with contacts and dry eyes?
  3. More Susceptible to herpes
  4. Itchiness around the eyes.

Some people are lucky and they go through none of these symptoms, but the majority of people I’ve been talking to that are on this medication have the dry itchy eye symptoms.

Thoughts on Steriods

I Avoid using Steroids since I had this pretty severe since I was born I would have to continually use steroids to maintain myself. Eventually using stronger and more potent steroids the older I got. I know a lot of people that have gone this route and I am not going to lie the side affects are scary and different for every individual. Steroids don’t fix my problem it only throws a temporary bandaid over your cut. Even though the cut is still underneath you just can’t see it. Eventually the bandaid the “steroids” when taken off will reveal the cut that never healed.

Main reason why I really don’t like steroids is because I know people in life who use it all the time for treating wether its psoriasis or eczema and end up with other health problems. So maybe your skin does get cleared up but you end up with permanent thin wrinkled skin, Kidney dysfunction, cancer, infertility etc. Of course doctors don’t tell you this because a lot of them are connected with the pharmaceutical industry that survives on the money of the sick. Think about it they make a lot of money out of eczema patients who are dependent on the drugs they provide.

I ‘m not saying using steroids is terrible its just need to be used in moderation if you have mild eczema this maybe your solution. Since you only need to use it for a couple of a days and your problem is solved.

If you have moderate to severe eczema which is always present then steroids in my opinion isn’t going to help long term. It will help you short term but the issues you will have later is not worth it.

I’ve gone through TSW on my upper lip, neck, and arms I was using the steroid for more than a week. I would stop using it and my eczema would keep coming back worse. Eventually I stopped the steroid completely. I went through the worst eczema flare up in my life. Honestly traumatized because of it.

Reason being I try to always heal from the inside out. Yes, it takes longer and requires a lot of discipline through staying on a strict healthy diet, and drinking plenty of water a day. Yes, it requires going through some pretty bad detox flare ups, but in the end of the day it’s all worth it. Keep Fighting against the people that think you are crazy for changing your life through diet and treatments you do. Forget them. You are capable of so much by just changing your mindset.

WEATHER EFFECTS MY ECZEMA

For some reason I have found that being here in El Salvador keeps my eczema under control.  Reason being why I am planning on moving here. I mean wouldn’t you? Not only that but medical help here is super affordable. I can afford 2 holistic doctors, an alternative doctor and dermatologist. While in Miami or in Texas where I lived, I could barely if at all afford one appointment with one holistic doctor. 

Now I’am only stating the positive side of things about moving here to El Salvador. I will be sacrificing a lot of things for my health. My aunt keeps reminding me that is dangerous to live here, and on top of it I will be leaving behind my family and friends. It will be difficult for me to make new friends since everything I do is online. I will be taking college online in order to continue my studies, and working online as well. So the question is how the Fudge cakes will I make friends XD. 

I’m tired of my voice never being heard. It’s part of the reason why I made this blog.I need people to know that we all suffer from something. We all have our flaws, and it’s because of them we are unique and beautiful.

Things To Do In South Miami Beach

Miami Beach, in general, is pretty hectic driving wise. South Miami Beach tho is a whole another animal. If you want to get dropped off at South Miami Beach by uber your going to have to wait longer then expected sometimes 10-20min longer in certain popular blocks.

This post is for those of you that despite my warnings want to see the famous south beach area. South Beach, is a place you go to once, and then try to avoid if you can. That’s if you plan to live in Miami if you’re on vacation all power to you.

No joke every time I planned a trip to South beach I ended up spending most of my check. The only way I managed making my trip to South beach economic. Was parking my car at 6pm (free parking hours) at Allison Park. Then longboarding/biking all the way down the boardwalk until I got to South Beach. Basically, 69th street down to 5th street you can imagine the kinda of workout it is. I saved myself the trouble of finding parking and having to pay for parking as well.

Things you need to see when you go to South Beach…

  1. First of all, I recommend visiting Lincoln Rd. (Its basically a whole road created for rich people.) A lot of expensive stores that I could never afford to buy anything in. You’re also not allowed to use your longboard if a cop is around, or bike. Although if you’re a rebel like me you’ll do it anyways. Make sure you are wearing your most comfortable shoes it’s a lot of walking here.
  2. Visit 8th street Volley Ball courts. Usually, Fri-sun its easy to find people playing volleyball and join in if you want to play doubles. If your not a volleyball fan there’s a trail for running. If your visiting you can always rent a citibike for 4 dollars the hour.
  3. Visit South Beach! I mean they are far better beach spots that are less crowded, but if you like the crowd vibe it should be fun for you. People are very loud down here since its pretty close to many of the bars and clubs.
  4. If your 21 or older go to the Clubs. Miami is pretty alive late at night especially the weekends walking along Collins they are many restaurants and clubs. CVI.CHE 105 South Beach is by far my favorite place to eat. They have the best ceviche and is the only reason why you would find me down in south beach.

Overall, South Beach is fun if you have a lot saved up in your wallet. For me, it wasn’t so easy to drop a lot of money in one meal since I was just working part-time jobs making minimum wage. However, it didn’t mean I didn’t occasionally visit this area.

Texas Weather Versus Eczema

At this point, I am honestly tired. Straight up tired of trying to find an alternative medicine/diet that can help me live in Texas without being in pain. I Haven’t been able to find a good holistic doctor in Texas. I have tried Homeopathy in Texas, and it didn’t help.  Elimination, Vegan, Paleo I’ve tried it all in 6-month increments and I’m still the same. I have still maintained a relatively healthy diet not quite vegan but nowhere near the western diet. I avoid my trigger foods and juice every day. So I know now that my solution is maintaining my mental health and weather. Unfortunately, I have no control over the weather in Texas. The climate that seems to help my eczema clear up is sunny humid tropical beach weather. Yay! Always the most expensive places to live.

I know some people that their eczema gets clear in winter months the solution to that would be to move to Canada or Alaska. Many of the countries with the lowest unemployment rates and the highest pay in jobs have cold climate. I guess I’m just frustrated that I’m tied down to Texas. I want to live in El Salvador as crazy that may seem to some. If not my next closest place weather wise would be Cancun or Hawaii. Since living in Hawaii may be outrageously scary in price Cancun is my next best bet. So now I run into something frustrating, I can’t just move to Cancun with no job or degree. I also can’t go to school to these places because of out of state tuition, or in Cancun case would be that the degree wouldn’t transfer to the US.

Trapped one word that expresses how I feel. So I’m here in Texas to finish this degree. praying for it to be over. Tolerating my flare-ups in the hopes of a degree to finally be able to actually live.

All I want in life is not a nice car or a huge house or top position in a mega-company. What I want is to have clear skin, a nice tan, and the ability to go to the beach every day. To have enough money to pay for my picky food lists due to my stupid allergies. To have money to pay for a holistic doctor to help me if I do end up getting an occasional flare up. In order to afford all this, I pretty much need that degree, or an online business.

I’ am angry that I even have to deal with this stupid condition. Mostly mad at the lack of help people who suffer like me have. It’s to the point that I no longer trust doctors especially the ones here in the US. The medical system is just messed up here. Doctors don’t even spend that much time examining just look at your chart and send you off with steroids. Maybe I should just become a holistic doctor and help myself cause this is just ridiculous. I want to actually help people not just get a check. Currently, I am studying to get a Marketing degree in the hopes of getting a job near a beach or make passive income online if I can figure out the hoops I need to jump over.

Real Talk Miami Living

So let us just begin with the fact that living in Miami is not all sunshine and catching waves. It involves a lot of parking fees, Traffic jams, and mini heart attacks. Don’t get me wrong Miami is beautiful, but I am going to be completely honest, and explain both the good and bad things about living in Miami.

Thus let us begin with the bad…

1. MIAMI TRAFFIC

So you’re probably thinking this is no big deal if you live anywhere but Miami. psst, Traffic is a piece cake. NOPE let me tell you I moved here from Texas, and I am still not used to this traffic. No joke I eat full course meals while sitting in traffic. Is that illegal?

Yeah, so apparently Florida hasn’t included eating and driving as part of the distracting driving law at least as far as I researched.

Looking at the positive side of this issue would be that I have gotten some numbers out of sitting in traffic XD

2.DRIVING OUT HERE

I mean come on how hard is it to put a signal! That’s not even the main issue… its the fact that you have a Lambo or Audi turning in on you and making you hit the breaks. cause god forbid hitting the back of one those.

Note: The majority of the worst drivers drive the nicest cars here in Miami. (Awesome for the people trying to avoid getting collided with the people racing the streets.)

AKA: Don’t be fooled by the people driving around a Lamborghini at Miami beach literally there is car rental center on Collins that rent out luxurious cars for the day. These are the people that are making a lot of noise and attracting attention.

3. PESKY PARKING METERS/ TICKETS

Oh, im just going to run to the restroom real quick shouldn’t be a problem leaving my car parked. Few minutes pass by and the magical ticket ends up waving hi to you on your windshield. 15 bucks or more every time it happens.. reasons why I Avoid south beach. I’m going to write a blog of just south beach alone cause that’s another animal.

I’ve seen these parking patrol officers… legit they are standing next to your car waiting next to it for 2min to put you a ticket. Better off paying an extra hour or so then to get slapped with a parking ticket.

Anywhere to the East of Tamiami or Kendall is going to require you to pay for parking. Oh, you thought there wasn’t a parking meter… there is probably a sign starting at the beginning of the street with the suggested apps such as ParkMobile and PayByPhone to pay the hour which usually will cost you $1.25 in normal places, and about $4 the hour in south beach. Yeah, basically the cost of a latte it adds up.

If you’re visiting Miami I recommend to download these apps ahead of time and enter your vehicle information, cause you’ll be using it a lot.

4. FINDING A JOB IS DIFFICULT

Most of the people working at restaurants and stores have degrees and aren’t working in what they studied for. Most well-off people here are the ones that are able to land a position at an insurance company. Still, don’t have a degree or certification? You’ll be lucky if you find a job that pays you minimum wage.

So it’s not surprising to be working two part time jobs in Miami its the norm if you want to survive.

If you’re going to move on your own and don’t have a job lined up just know it’s going to be hard. I am not going to give you bs that if you work hard it will all work out. Not in Miami, it works like that in Texas, but not over there. I am currently back in Texas I got a good paying part time above the minimum wage of $11 that I was being paid at a retail store in Miami. It took me less than a week when I was actively looking for a job in Texas to find a job while in Miami it took me over a month. I’m not the type of person to wait for a call or get an email. I would go in person to hand my resume and shake someone’s hand. Went to several job interviews with big marketing companies, but no one would hire me.

Note: If you’re given a job offer in Miami in your profession, and it’s a reasonable pay this doesn’t necessarily apply to you. I’m speaking to the majority of college students like myself that live here.

5. SUNPASS

SunPass system here in Florida can be a major headache, and if you are like me trying to avoid the traffic is going to cost you more a month. Your phones Navigation will constantly push you to take a toll when they are alternatives that you can take. At one point depending on where you plan to move to or live you’ll memorize these routes by heart cause they’ll save you a lot in tolls.

6. PEOPLE ARE RUDE AF

Wave Hi to someone, and you’ll end up scratching your head awkwardly lowering your arm hoping no one saw.

Oh, and if you smile at a stranger you’ll be returned with a weird look and complaint like “Que” or the worst you become a ghost they never even saw you.

Completely different than the type of people in Texas who would Smile and some even tell you good morning.

This also applies to the driving in Texas you would put your turn signal and people would actually slow down and let you pass into a lane. Here in Miami that never happens unless the person driving is someone from another state. So you learn to throw your car and remember that whoever hits the back pays. Pretty much this is abused in Miami.

7. DON’T KNOW SPANISH? GOOD LUCK

So there are so many Cubans here not trying to be racist or anything I am Salvadoran and Mexican so I’m Latina as it gets. Looking to buy something at Walmart? an employee will 9/10 times only speak Spanish. Which is ok for me since I am bilingual, but sometimes I forget what freaking q tips are called in Spanish. The struggle is real rambling “son unas cosas para las oídos que tienen algodón”. Lady looking at you like your dumb. Most of the time having a picture in hand is handy.

Note: Most people living in Miami are relatively short so being 5’9 like myself I always ended up the tallest among the group.

8. FINDING A ROOMMATE TAKES A LONG TIME 

A Majority of the people that live in Miami under the age of 30 are still living with their parents. Since the cost of living in Miami is a substantial amount that can bankrupt anyone if they tried to live alone. So yeah sometimes that guy that drives a BMW is still living with their parents. If you’re lucky you can manage to get a job that is relatively close to where you live. Meaning walk or bike cause that gas bill ain’t covering itself. If you manage to get a job and find a place to live along Miami beach you’ll have access to the trolley and of course, there is Uber, but the trolley is free. There is actually an app called Miami Beach Trolley that you can download to track where exactly each trolley is heading to.

Alright, so I listed the majority of bad aspects of living in Miami…

GOOD REASONS

BEACH BOARDWALKS ARE AMAZING

  1. While living here I’ve found that the best place to longboard would have to be down 69th up to 80th street on Collins. So, the only reason why I’m telling y’all this go to spot is due to the fact that I am moving back to Texas. So don’t tell that many people, they are very limited in parking. Allison Park is the best place to go to if you want to enjoy the beach, and not break the bank. Reason being the parking is cheap $1 the hour compared to the dreaded south beach prices at $4 the hour. Not only that but parking is free 6pm-8am AGAIN keep this a secret guys. (post content on blog either way)

You’ll Make a-lot of Connections with interesting People

2. While living here I’ve met several young entrepreneurs, artists, and DJs who are just starting out in pursuing their dreams. Not only that, but the majority of people here are very active. Which is awesome if you are a gym rat like me. I’ve made connections just by playing beach volleyball on South beach granted many of the people I met were there for vacation only.

Tip: If your moving here I recommend getting a gym Lime card at You-fit. (I’m not sponsored by them or anything it’s just my personal opinion)  Miami Traffic is terrible so you’ll be making your life easier if you are able to go to any of the You-fit locations in Miami. Note I also have a membership at UFC for my Martial Arts Classes.

Night Life Is Lit

3. If you’re near Miami Beach/ South beach area the bars and restaurants are going to be open well over 11pm. A major difference between Texas and Miami. Try to find a place past 11pm in Texas and you’re looking at Whataburger and McDonald. Unless its a weekend and you’re at Downtown Dallas you’re not going to see any action at night.

Note: My favorite place was Pollo tropical that was always open until 11 at night. Along with Palacio de Los Juegos to get cheap natural juices.

Weather Is Almost Always Sunny

4. Unless for some reason you hate warm tropical weather Miami may not be the best choice for you. They don’t call Florida the sunshine state for no reason.  I myself on the other hand love living In tropical conditions. Here is a list of reasons why tropical weather is better.

  • You can Exercise outside without freezing yourself
  • Can pretty much Tan all year round except for December ( it actually gets pretty chilly around this month and starts to warm up again mid-January)
  • The Ocean is not cold all year like it is on other beaches
  • Can play outdoor sports like beach volleyball all year long

Personally, I love it because my eczema for some reason flares less during the summer months, or where there is the tropical weather. Mostly it is a combination of tanning and swimming In the beach that has helped clear up my skin.

Overall, I miss living in Miami where I was able to actually live an almost normal life physically health wise. My eczema would rarely flare up, but emotionally I was depressed. Unfortunately for me I didn’t live in the best conditions and was constantly budding heads with my old roommate. I was stressing out, to be honest, felt lonely since I didn’t move with friends, or had anyone I knew in Miami. Don’t recommend moving on the whim when you plan to go to Miami.

From personal experience, I ended up driving all the way to Miami to a roommate that confirmed with me over the phone that she had a room available. I arrived with my car and all my stuff in her apartment complex . She ended up telling me that one of her sons wanted the room and couldn’t rent it out to me. So at that point, I was desperate frantically looking for a place. I called a realtor and he connected with me 2 options. One was going to be with a family of 6, and I would have to share the bathroom. Another option was an old lady but I would have my own restroom and was close to FIU where I was planning to transfer to. So I went with the old lady. I’m going to write a whole another post about my struggles with my roommate.

What is Body Fat Percentage?

So I am assuming by now you heard this phrase when you went to get that free assessment at the gym, or if you have no idea what I am talking about read on.

Body Fat Percentage is the new craze in the Fitness world. Instead of using just your weight to measure your physical status, body fat percentage is most important. The main reason behind this shift is the fact that the weight on a scale doesn’t take into account body composition. You can be really fit, and the scale can still measure you as if your “overweight”. This is the reason why many fitness professionals say to not look at the weight, but instead check your body fat percentage.

Basically the lower the percentage the less fat is in your body. Now many struggle to find motivation to keep going to the gym, because they keep stepping on that forbidden scale.

Instead set yourself some small goals I am going to be honest I started with something as simple as being able to jog on the treadmill for 15min before I even dared to make lunges.

Try getting an assessment at your local gym most of the time gyms offer free training sessions take advantage of one and get all of your stats including body fat percentage. That way later on you can get it checked again and see your fitness progress.

How to get Flat Abs

I remember my friend asking me “how do you get flat abs?”
Usually for everyone getting abs is the ultimate fitness goals. Im sure most of you know by now that getting abs is mostly done by 80% diet 15% Exercise and 5% willpower. Its not easy but its not impossible. It all starts with slowly implementing good habits into your everyday life. (munches on Oreos while typing) Look they are times where you can have sweets, but it all depends in what your ultimate body percentage goal is. Is your goal to become a body builder or just to be physically fit? Majority of us just want to have a body fat percentage goal of 15% while a body builder would try to reach near 11%. If your confused about body fat percentage just read my blog post where I go more in depth.

Here are some habits you can start implementing today towards a healthier you!

1. Start Drinking Water! and I mean a gallon of it. Literally take a gallon jug of milk empty it out and start using it to measure how much you drink throughout the day. If it seems too big empty it out into a smaller water bottle.I love using my Camelbak water bottle since along the sides they always have measurements.

Note: By drinking more water your less likely to feel hungry throughout the day. Also by keeping your body hydrated your going to be keeping your body in tip top shape.

2. Have at least one fruit smoothie or Veggie smoothie a day

Personally I love having a Blueberry greek yogurt smoothie in the morning to wake up. Along with 3 boiled eggs and 2 cups of boiled broccoli.
Honestly if your like me sometimes you just need to grab something and run out the door I highly recommend just buying carrot juice I usually get Bolthouse Farms 100% carrot juice.

3.Have 5 Meals a day I know it seems counterintuitive towards losing weight, but eating healthy foods all the time is actually going to help you lose weight! I’m always snacking on apples/carrots.

4. Have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water everyday
Apple Cider Vinegar has tons of benefits for your health and can be used for both external and internal use. I am for sure going to be writing a blog of this secret weapon alone. So what exactly does this stuff do for you? Apple cider vinegar helps your body burn fat which help get rid of that muffin top.

5. Start doing Cardio We all have Abs! Most of the time its just hidden under a layer of fat. So how does one combat fat? With Cardio my friend.

Whether its summer or not its time to get fit! I hear some groans out there, but trust me all it takes is slowly creating new habits. Eventually it becomes a habit to drink that glass of water in the morning. We all have that inner health freak inside 🙂
